You can impact body & soul through a medical mission team!
What Will We Do?
Your team will provide much needed health care in our clinic, at our schools, or in remote mountain villages surrounding Tactic, Guatemala. Medical clinics take place five days a week, with opportunities for outreach activities in the evenings and on the weekends.
Health care may include:
- treating injuries & common illnesses
- wellness checks & screenings
- dental care
- vision care
- healthy living instruction
- illness prevention
Impact Ministries has been hosting short-term mission teams and medical groups from across Canada and the US since 2000. Once a medical team has been formed, we work with the team leader to develop a ministry agenda that uses the team’s unique gifting and abilities. For more information, please contact us at email@example.com.
Who can join a medical team?
Individuals with medical or dental training, such as:
- Nurse practitioners
- Dental hygienists
A Medical Mission Team consists of at least 2-3 individuals with medical or dental training. Other support personnel can join as well.
How can I go?
You can form your own team, or contact us to be connected with ongoing medical teams. For information on leading or scheduling a medical team, or to connect with an existing team, please contact our teams coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We currently have two medical missions teams who are looking to have more health care professionals join them. April 21-30 (medical lead) and May 23-30 (dental lead).
We will make every effort to accommodate schedule requirements or limitations for any Medical, Dental, or Vision Care Team.
