It’s summer holidays, and your attention is probably focused on vacations, visitors, or what to do with out-of-school kids – but we wanted to let you know about an exciting opportunity to walk or ride for Impact Ministries once those same kids are back in school.
Impact Ministries has been accepted as an official Ride for Refuge charity – a family-friendly multi-charity cycling and walking fundraiser that takes place in locations across Canada on October 5th.
That means you can walk or ride for our kids in Guatemala at any of the 22 RIDE locations – locations as diverse as Victoria, Cold Lake, Toronto, Montreal and Moncton. And if there’s no location near you, there’s even a “Ride Anywhere” option! We already have teams in Winnipeg, Calgary and Edmonton. Wouldn’t it be amazing if we could get at least one team in each location riding for our kids in Guatemala? That’s why we’re starting now!
